Cancellation Policy

Consultations Wedding cake consultations are complimentary and available by appointment only. Consultations may be held in person or virtually, depending on availability and your preference. Tasting Experience (In-Person Only) In-person consultations may include our curated wedding cake tasting for a $30 tasting experience fee. This includes a selection of signature cake flavors and fillings, thoughtfully prepared for up to two guests (typically the couple getting married). The tasting experience allows you to sample flavors, compare combinations, and confidently choose the perfect cake for your celebration. Virtual Consultations Virtual consultations do not include tastings. Tasting boxes may be purchased separately and picked up or shipped in advance, if available. Scheduling All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Please select your preferred consultation type when scheduling. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Tasting experience fees are non-refundable. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may limit future booking availability. Booking Your Wedding Date Your wedding date is not reserved until a signed contract and required retainer are received. Availability is first-come, first-served. Final Details & Changes Final cake design, flavors, sizing, and décor details must be confirmed by 4 weeks prior to your event date. Changes requested after this deadline may not be guaranteed and could incur additional fees. Payments A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event. The $30 tasting experience fee may be applied toward your final wedding cake order if booked within 60 days of your consultation.
